With new research in hand, PayPal was ready to share the latest insights into the eCommerce landscape across Australia. However, a change in target audience – from enterprise to SMBs – meant a new positioning was required to resonate.

What we did.

We started by examining both PayPal’s data and public insights into the issues facing SMBs across Australia. This led us to the messaging of “You’re not alone”, positioning PayPal as a partner that helps SMBs strengthen their business.
We then delivered a range of content to support the campaign, including:
