We’re not here to push you into our cookie-cutter project management flows and systems. While there are some general steps and stages to every project, we tailor processes to your specific work style and preferences.

We talk to you. (How novel!) We always start with a conversation. We get to know you, what you do, what you need, and what you’re after to make sure we’re a good fit. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you. If we know someone who might be, we'll intro you.
Proposal
What. When. And how much. We value your time so there are no longwinded proposals around these parts. Instead, our quotes are straightforward and, quite frankly, boring. You know what you’ll get and how much it’ll cost. If you’re looking for support over a longer term, we can help with that too. We’re happy to charge against quarterly POs for clients who need five minutes here, a few days there. (And just quietly, this usually ends up being the more budget-friendly option.)
Work in Progress
The hard work begins. We start by gathering all the info you have on hand. Have a style guide? We wanna read it. Industry insights? Yes, please! Customer research? Ooohhhh, yeah. We keep you updated with regular short meetings or emails. For bigger or ongoing projects, we’ll even jump on Slack so you can ping us anytime.
Wrap Up
Then we make sure you're happy. We offer 2-3 rounds of revisions for quoted projects with no set timeline. This gives you the chance to check in with all your stakeholders and get legal signoff before we part ways. With revisions done and happy folks all round, we’re ready to get started on your next big (or small) thing.
